Believe it or not, this Valentine's Day, I have had zero craving for the chocolates I gave the kids, or the cupcakes I bought them, or the other assorted candies they brought home from school. I don't even have that 'I'm on a mission' feeling, and I have to resist popping one of those little kisses in my pie hole. It just isn't there. Oh, sure, I cheated and had my crack latte....but otherwise lunch was normal protein/veggie/bean combo....with sauerkraut thrown in. (I am having so much of the stuff I have started shouting out random German phrases like 'gesundheit!' and 'Guten tag!'). I am now starting to wonder what I need to do for supplements. I do a multi vitamin, Omega 3, calcium and Vitamin D. I will re-read tonight and figure it out for us, don't worry kittens. Did I mention I had lost all of my binge day weight? That is the best Valentine's day gift, from my body to me! Es ist gut, mich!!
