Crap

Well, broken promises already. Yes, I went and bought a crack tea latte. The headache and nausea were killing me!!  And the deliciousness of the cinnamony creaminess and mmm spicyness with the foaminess....ahhhhh. You get the picture. Whateva, I have gotten over it already.


You know what I like about Tim, and one of the reasons I bought the book? He talks about his poo. And farts. We all do it, finally somebody doesn't mind talking about it. Weighing it? Ya, a bit much, but I don't mind it if it's all in the name of science and a smaller tank on me. I will try and refrain from discussing mine here, which may or may not be difficult as it is a frequent topic of mine. (Have I? Haven't I? How much? Did I pop my eyeballs trying to push it out?). Rats. Another broken promise.


Today's lunch: (which is 7 hours after my last meal and after 2 hours of dog walking): PC green w herbs/half can PC no salt tuna/black beans and my new favourite salad dressing......Farm Boy Lemon Salad dressing. No chemicals, no sugar, but mmmm,mmmm good. And I wasn't even that hungry. This Tim guy might be on to something.....

Ive been reading other people's blogs for the past week since I started and am taking your lead. I added yours at the top of my blogroll and will add others as I see good ones that have insight, recipes etc.


So onto your post..Sugar withdrawal?>> OOOOH HELLS YES. Give it 2-3 days and it'll go away, but its not easy..and it made me realize how much sugar I actually eat.
Just try to keep it for the next few days -drink water (Im trying to but I suck) and yell at random strangers..that seems to work..:)
I SUPPORT YOU! you can do it! -Im making chili tonight in the crockpot- oen thing is the planning - you need to think about meals way in advance to stick to it- I took out a bunch of stuff for this week just to stay on track.
