I want an apple

Last night sucked...I had chicken and greens and beans. I am now feeling quite unprepared for this diet. What was I thinking? Chicken, greens, beans and eggs for the whole week?! On my binge day, which is Saturday, I am going to eat a bag of apples. And fruit bottomed yogurt. And, and, and.....

I lost two more pounds, so I should shut up. Last night, as a 'dessert', I had a glass of diet pepsi (allowable up to 16oz). If the aspartame doesn't immediately rot my brain or reprogram my pancreas to become diabetic.....the caffeine before bed reminded me that it was a dumb idea around 4 am. This morning, however,  I wish I drank coffee!! Right now I am sitting in a caffeine-free haze, wishing a chai tea would fall out of the sky into my outstretched palm....I would dance with it, kiss it, hug it and then SUCK IT BACK LIKE LIQUID CRACK. Do coffee drinkers feel this way about their beverage of choice? Coffee doesn't necessarily come laden with sugar and milk. Try the chai tea bags you say. Why don't you try chewing on coffee grounds?

Today's breakfast: 3 eggs and a tomato. Yum. Those gluten free muffins I am baking smell delicious! Must......not......eat.........muf
