I openly recognize that my last post left a lot to be desired. But here are the facts, jack.
1) I ate crap on and off for two weeks, and have retained my initial weight loss of roughly 7 pounds.
2) I have a weird weigh in routine that makes me look like a nutter and;
3) I have an even weirder propensity when setting goals for my weight loss.
I could very easily have deleted that last post. But screwing up is one of my gifts... right up there with putting my foot in my mouth and annoying my husband. So, I will let that sleeping dog lie.
On a happy note, I stuck to my guns today; two meals with beans/veggies and meat. Only had one cheat latte and had a few tablespoons of peanut butter in leu of lunch. I even walked away from the donut table tonight at a seminar about setting goals. (My goal was to not eat any donuts at the goal seminar. I am pretty sure I would have been struck by lightning if I would have touched one). My next goal is to not right anymore crappy blogs. Or at least, no more crappy blogs about goals :)

I think your weight post/goal post (Ha-goal post...funny)was an honest reflection of where we are all at with this weight loss journey thing- so I agree - dont delete! Im finding this blogging thing is as much about the WHY I eat, HOW I feel about what I eat, and not just the nitty gritty of the food itself. . Its all good sista. Just keep on keepin on. and keep writing..I need the infusion of laughter every day- you could say your blog is my "Crack-Chai-Latte".
