Not at all impressed with tonight's meal, which I am getting lazier and lazier about. Chicken on spaghetti squash. Time to hit the book and get re-inspired. I did take a sneak peak at my weight. Gained one pound today, from this morning. Normally, I can gain upwards of 4 pounds in a day of water and, well, poo. And, after finding a nifty 'stats' area here on my blog, my most viewed blog is titled 'Crap'. I will assume that this means we are all friends, and that me discussing this part of weight loss will not offend anyone. If it does, do not read on.
I do not poo on a good day. Or a bad day. Or a rainy day. Or a sunny day. Or a...well, you see what I am getting at. I am poo challenged. Handipooed. Intestinally unfunctional. Crap resistant. And, of course, have not had any relief since starting this diet. My usual method to get pipes cleaned is to eat a giant bowl of cereal before bed with bananas and raisins. Not a guarantee, but a hope that the next day is garbage removal. This is, of course, a no-no on this diet. Tim appears to believe that everyone is as regular as he is (which is detailed in the chapter "Damage Control", I believe). What is a dieter to do? Tomorrow it is off to the grocery store for me, to find the most fibre rich veggies I can. Teas, oils, herbs and eating rocks will all be considered by me to help alleviate this problem. BUT, if there is no weight loss tomorrow.....don't blame me....blame my lazy ass :)
