I didn't eat the muffin. Period.

Didn't eat the muffin, only licked some batter off my fingers....mmmmm. But I did have tuna for lunch, that had a cream sauce with a bit of sugar  and pineapple in it. With greens. I've been baaaaad. Clearly, it was not enough food. After my two hours of walks today, I just ate a heaping tablespoon of no salt/sugar peanut butter. (Enough hydrogenated oil in it though to stop the heart of a small elephant). And I had a chai tea. I figure if I print this really small, most of you won't bother to get your reading glasses, and you'll skip this part, none the wiser.

I could be PMSing. In regards to my husband, I like to claim that I am PMSing at least 3 weeks out of the month. This can get me off the hook for a lot of things.......random snapping at anyone; forgetting to cook dinner; wearing granny panties (just in case I start!). But, according to Tim, women should not weigh themselves during the pre-10 day period before your period. Turns out hormones are nasty little bastards that wreak havoc with our systems and can cause temporary weight gain. Wow. Great scientific mind, Tim. He recommends just measuring. Clearly, he has never had a girlfriend or talked to a woman about her period. We all have a minimum of four wardrobes in our closets: fat clothes (current), fantasy pants (how old are yours?), normal clothes (for when we are actually 5 pounds thinner than what we currently are) and period/constipated/going to a movie with girlfriends clothes. (That last one may just be me....can't stand wearing pants that I can't sit in after a large bag of popcorn). So measure? I vote that we all take an automatic 5 lbs off across the board. If you have it, on your way to having it, thinking about having it or talking to a girlfriend that has it.....deduct 5lbs off your weight, and then thank me for it. Now that's good science. Period.
