Just came back from 3 hours of walking in -100 below weather, and man, are my dogs tired (that's puny...I'm a dog walker). I wonder if that counts as far as the cold factor of this diet. Tim recommends either taking an ice bath twice a day, or at least, putting ice on the back of your neck twice a day for 30 minutes. Apparently, this helps you break down your 'brown fat' as apposed to your 'white fat' that will never go away, just shrink. Brown fat will go away. What about 'after Halloween smarties coloured fat'? Or 'movie popcorn butter yellow fat'? And as my girlfriend recommended, the best way to do this part of the diet: "Go sit in a snow bank. You're Canadian!" Now I can pretend I am playing with the kids outside, and freeze my fat off at the same time. Diet genius!!
Today's lunch is not so tasty. Leftover beef stirfry with black beans (no sauce, just olive oil) and a mixed green salad. I wasn't even hungry but I was getting dizzy after all that walking. It's been 7 hours since my last meal. Gotta work on that. Yes, I had a crack latte today. Grande, 6 pumps. What are you gonna do about it? I can live with myself.
