I am Tired

Still no more weight loss and I am ti-red! Could be because it is the end of my period. Could be that I have had people coughing in my ear all night, leading to not the best nights sleep. I feel skinnier, if only I had enough energy to put the measuring tape up to my waist. No bowel movement, which I am sure is contributing to the lack of weight loss. NO, I am not cutting out the crack lattes. I don't feel that desperate to lose weight. Yet. Russell was by yesterday and talked about some lovely recipes........I see in a book in the works by the MacMillan-Parrs...the 4 Hour Body Recipe Cookbook!!

I had a normal protein/bean/veggie breakfast....sauerkraut and soup for lunch. You know, soup could be a real helper for this diet. I keep making soups....just don't add noodles or rice and add beans instead. Very satisfying in this cold weather. And once cooked, it is easy to re-heat. Buy the organic broth as it is lower in sodium and chemicals, add your veggies, meat and beans and any tasty spices you like.....it really is a no-brainer. Which works fine for me, as I currently have the brain power of a guinea pig. (No offence to guinea pigs). Today, I was out in the sunshine for two hours despite having a sick kid at home (thank you equally sick mother-in-law for coming over!). What a fabulous way to soothe the soul, free the mind and tire the body. I highly recommend it!
