Ah ha!! Half a pound lost! Now, I will openly admit I ate 2 apples, 4 oranges and a quart of raspberries!! Tah dah! And I live to diet another day. So fruit is not completely evil, even in mass quantities. Today I have walked 2 hours. Lunch was a homemade spaghetti sauce with chicken, over beans. Mmmm. I feel quite full. Now, I can walk around Costco and not try all the weird stuff that they sample....like mystery meat on a stick.....or the puff pastry surprise. I normally go into Costco and get lured by the cheap workout clothes (my staple stretchy tees) and I always find something in the housewares area (How many designer fruit bowls does one need? Apparently, a few). I never get out of there for less than $300 bucks. But today, I am on a mission....I know what I need and I will not be lured by bulk sport socks or wool shag throw rugs. I won't even look at the fruit:)

Soooo...does this mean you're also embarking on a spend-diet too? I'm sure your hubby will appreciate not just the "nu" bod but the smaller share of wallet spent at Cosco :)
