Why I decided to do the 4 Hour Body Diet or DESPERATE TIMES REQUIRE DESPERATE MEASURES

I am 44, female and a stay at home mom. I am also fat....not as in need two airplane seats fat or buy at the fat woman's store fat....but I'm, you know.....regular, plain overweight. I have always had issues with weight, as most fat people have. I have been thin, fat and everything in between. But to be honest with you, (and I intend on doing just that for this entire blog), this is the heaviest I have ever been without being two people (pregnant). And, compounding this, I discovered at my last physical that I have a)high blood pressure, b)a weird lump in my armpit (fat) and c)that the only cure for my snoring (which is loud enough that I now sleep alone most nights) is to lose weight....at least 20 pounds. And after eating a delicious Beaver Tail yesterday at Winterlude, I needed to come home for an instant nap for which I am sure I was close to a diabetic coma. Soooooooo, enter THE 4 HOUR BODY.
