Binge. Ugh.

Well, I very much hated binge day. I woke up with a raging food hangover and gained 2 and a half pounds. It has worked on cravings though, and I really feel that I can make it through the week without an apple. The rest of my binge day was spent eating chicken wings, popcorn, chocolate and 2 organic oreos. I wanted to make sure I got all the food groups: fat, saturated fat, salt, sugar and chocolate. So this week, I need to lose 7 and a half pounds to feel like I am making progress. Is that possible without having to remove digits or teeth?! I did only one set of squats yesterday, and didn't drink any grapefruit juice, so I don't think I did what was necessary to eliminate quickly what I ingested, which is supposed to be the whole trick of the thing. So, I took a laxative. Er, not sure yesterday's garbage has been removed, but something was. Today, I have eaten very little, and plan to do the same tomorrow to see if I can get rid of my gain. I might even give up my crack tea latte....but to be honest, I will have to be desperate to do that. Binging, is not for wimps.
